||| Important: Your clients needs to be registered to the customer account link and comment with the right format ( reference/color/size ), to generate an order.


1. **Add the customer account link and the text format to your page description:** **Y**our clients will easily get access and be aware of these informations. 
2. **Get messenger notifications:** Your clients need to activate this setting after registering to the Customer Account Link so they can be notified when you go live or publish a post, and receive their invoice/payment link
3. **Make sure your Facebook page is connected to Nanoshop:** Go to nanoshop → invite my clients, you'll read under the Facebook icon, a text in green "Connected".
4. **Name your campaign with the same title of your live/post:** This helps you avoid having to search for the corresponding campaigns after each live or post-sale.
5. **Add products to your live/post campaigns:** Only created products can let you generate automatically orders. 
6. **Pin your customer account link and the right format for orders in the comment: Y**our clients will easily get access and be aware of these informations. 
7. **Use Nanoshop during your live:** You need to validate each comment by checking whether the client is registered and if the format is correct.
8. **Modify on Nanoshop during your live the orders with a format that needs to be specified:** During or after your live, you can either ask the client to specify their order so you can update it in the app, or remind them of the available product colors and sizes and ask them to leave a new comment. 
9. \*\*One command by comment: \*\*Nanoshop can only treat one command per comment. Means if a comment includes multiple orders, Nanoshop will choose randomly one. 
10. **Post oders:** Before you past the copy link in your Facebook post, add the pictures of your product.
11. **Stop taking orders:** If you don't active this setting, Nanoshop will continue generating the comments after the live/post. 
12. **Archive an order:** It will archived your campaign in "Archived" and will automatically stop taking orders.
13. **Generate orders:** It’s best to generate orders after the live, allowing you to concentrate on orders that cannot be generated automatically.
14. **Use inventory to update the stock:** An order for an out-of-stock product cannot be processed during your live stream. To avoid this issue, you must update your stock before each live stream or allow customers to oversell the item by letting them order out-of-stock items. (Note that in this case, the delivery time will be longer for the customer.)
