# How to generate a ticket number for your live orders?

# Assign an order label number to your live order to better manage your sales


| Step: Create (B) / Assign (A) order labels

|| A. If you have connected your Nanoshop account to your social network:

In **Live Orders Lite** → go to **“Action Required”** → select the customer’s order by tapping **“Add a label”** → tap **“Mark as handwritten”**.

|| B. If you have NOT connected your Nanoshop account to your social network:

In **Live Orders Lite** → tap the **“+”** button at the top → enter your customer’s name → tap **“Generate”** → tap **“Mark as handwritten”**.
