# How to manage your shop as a team : add a collaborator on Nanoshop

### Do you want multiple employees to be able to manage orders, add products, and update inventory?
# **What can a collaborator do?**
* Create and edit products
* Manage customer orders
* Access coupons
* Cannot access sensitive settings (payment, domain, subscriptions, etc.)

| Step 1: The main account must send an invitation link to the person they want to add as a collaborator.

| Go to the Nanoshop app → More → Collaborator → Tap “Add a collaborator” → Enter the name → Enter the phone number → Activate the “Enabled” button → Save → Tap “OK” to send the invitation link → Choose a channel such as Messages, Mail, or WhatsApp to share the link.

| Step 2: The employee (collaborator) receives the invitation link (e.g. via WhatsApp) and is redirected to the Nanoshop app download page.
