# How to temporarily close my shop or stop taking orders during my vacation?

### Scenario 1: Going on Vacation

###### You’re going on vacation for a few days and won’t be able to prepare or ship orders.
To avoid late deliveries or unhappy customers, you temporarily close your shop so no new orders can be placed.\*\*
###
### Scenario 2: Public Holidays

###### Your shop is closed during public holidays.
By pausing orders, customers clearly know that ordering is unavailable during this period.\*\*
###
### Scenario 3: Store Maintenance or Updates

###### You’re updating prices, product information, or collections.
Closing the shop prevents customers from placing orders while changes are being made.\*\*
