# What is Nanoshop Lite?

### Nanoshop Lite is a solution designed for live sellers who prefer to process orders manually, but in a simple and streamlined way. Read this article to understand how to use it.

###### **__The features are as follows:__**

1. **Use of a custom tag:** Choose a keyword to detect comments that represent orders. Example: **“Cmd White sweater, size L, White color”**
2. **Access comments from Nanoshop:** View your comments and process your orders directly from the app for better order tracking.
3. **Automatic order number generation:** Assign an order number to each customer who places an order.
4. **Payment / order completion link:** Your customer enters the order number, purchase amount, delivery details, chooses the delivery method, chooses the payment method, and finally completes the payment.
5. **3 available delivery methods:** Custom delivery, pickup point, or store pickup.
6. **Delivery providers + delivery insurance:** Available throughout Europe. Delivery providers handle the delivery and cover your packages when the delivery method selected by your customer is **“pickup point.”**
7. **Shipping label creation:** Top up your balance in advance to cover delivery and shipping label creation fees.
8. **Multiple payment methods:** PayPal, Stripe, SumUp, cash on delivery, and others.
9. **Live platforms:** Available on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
10. **Order merging:** This allows your customer to pay the delivery fees only once when multiple orders are combined.
11. **Taking orders after the live:** Post your live video and continue receiving orders.
12. **Comment filtering by category:** The available categories are: **Action Required, To Collect, To Order, No Matching Keyword, Paid, Cash on Delivery, Cancelled, and Archived.**
### How does it work for the seller and the customer?

**A. If you have connected your Nanoshop account to your social network:**
1. Add the checkout link to the description of your Facebook Page.
2. Start your live. *(Prepare a sheet of paper to write down the order numbers and assign them to the products.)*
3. Explain the ordering process to your customers and present your products. *(The customer must: type the keyword to place an order + write their order in the comments + remember their order number + access the checkout link to complete their order and payment.)*
4. Assign an order number to the comments that indicate a customer wants to place an order.
5. Communicate the order number to the customer.
6. Once the customer has placed their order through the checkout link, validate the delivery.
7. Manage the shipment *(except for pickup-point deliveries).*

**B. If you have NOT connected your Nanoshop account to your social network:**
1. Add the checkout link to the description of your Facebook Page. **Same step.**
2. Start your live. *(Prepare a sheet of paper to write down the order numbers and assign them to the products.)* **Same step.**
3. Explain the ordering process to your customers and present your products. *(The customer must: write their order in the comments + remember their order number + access the checkout link to complete their order and payment.)***One step less.**
4. On Lite, add an order number. *(Write down the order number and the customer’s order on a sheet of paper.)* **The assignment is done manually.**
5. Communicate the order number to the customer. **Same step.**
6. Once the customer has placed their order through the checkout link, validate the delivery. **Same step.**
7. Manage the shipment *(except for pickup-point deliveries).* **Same step.**
