How to manage your Live orders in Nanoshop after starting a Facebook Live?

After starting your Facebook Live, Nanoshop automatically detects and records your customers’ comment orders in real time.

This allows you to focus on your live presentation while Nanoshop takes care of tracking, organizing, and processing every sale.


Before managing your Live orders, make sure you’ve already created your Facebook Live campaign in Nanoshop.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to:

  • Monitor orders during your Facebook Live
  • Process and confirm orders after your live ends
  • Stop taking new orders when the live replay continues


⚙️ Before you start

To make Nanoshop correctly convert Facebook comments into orders, please make sure your customers follow these two essential steps:1. Ask your customers to register using your unique “Customer Account Link.”This link connects their Facebook profile with your Nanoshop store, allowing the system to recognize their comments and generate orders automatically.2. Ask your viewers to comment using the correct format:👉 Reference, Color, Size

(Example: "Carly White S — see Step 2 below.)

Tip: 📌 Pin your "Customer Account Link" at the top of your Live comments, and remind your viewers to register before they start ordering.🔁 Repeat the comment format during your live to help viewers order correctly.



Step 1 : Setup your Facebook live.Go to Live orders → View details → Copy → Lanch your Facebook live → Pinned in the comments the copied link → Mentionne the comments format that need to be respected

🛒 After your Live: Process and confirm orders


Step 2: Manage the comments. Go to Live orders → Handle comments → Modify order items / Prompt to register / Generate Order



Modify order items : Happens when the comment didn't respect the right format ( reference / color / size ) or the client ordered a wrong product / color / size that you don't ownPrompt to Register : Happens when the client is not registred to your customer account link Genrate Order : Happens when the order format is respected + the client is registred to your cusomter acccount link. It means that the order is ready to be generated


Step 3: Modify the comments that are not ready for generation after you confirm with your client the correct order


Modify other items: Go to Live comments → Modify order items → Add → Select the product → Select the color / size → Confirm → Save



Prompt to register : You need to tell the customer to register using the customer account link that’s pinned in the live comments.


Generate order: The order details will be sent automaticaly to the clientGo to Live comments → Generate order → Submit





📴 Stop receiving new orders after your Live

Even after your live ends, customers might keep commenting on your replay video.

If you no longer wish to receive new orders:

  1. Go to Shop → Live Orders → Select your campaign
  2. Tap “...” → Stop taking orders → Confirm

Nanoshop will stop converting new comments into orders, while keeping all existing orders available for processing.




How do customers receive Live notifcations on Messenger:(1.) Go to Facebook → Go to the page profil (2.) Message → automatic redirection → Copy the text (create my account...) → Paste the copy → create my account → automatic redirection → Copy the text (get live notifications...) → Past the copy → automatic redirection → Copy text (get updates) → Past the copy
