How to manage your shop as a team : add a collaborator on Nanoshop
Do you want multiple employees to be able to manage orders, add products, and update inventory?
What can a collaborator do?
- Create and edit products
- Manage customer orders
- Access coupons
- Cannot access sensitive settings (payment, domain, subscriptions, etc.)
Step 1: The main account must send an invitation link to the person they want to add as a collaborator.
Go to the Nanoshop app → More → Collaborator → Tap “Add a collaborator” → Enter the name → Enter the phone number → Activate the “Enabled” button → Save → Tap “OK” to send the invitation link → Choose a channel such as Messages, Mail, or WhatsApp to share the link.
Step 2: The employee (collaborator) receives the invitation link (e.g. via WhatsApp) and is redirected to the Nanoshop app download page.
The Collaborator feature is only available with the Standard plan (€35/month) or Advanced plan.Updated on: 16/09/2026
