What is Stripe?
Stripe is a secure and widely used online payment platform. It allows you to accept credit and debit card payments from your customers anywhere in the world.
Do you have a Stripe account?
Go to (https://stripe.com/) to create a new account if you don't have one.
(If yes, go to next step to add Stripe credentials)
Set up Stripe as a payment method
You have to enable it and add Stripe credentials.
Step 1: Go to Nanoshop to set up StripeGo to Nanoshop app → More → Settings → Payment methods → Stripe → Stripe Credentials → Click " How can I get the Secret key?"
Step 2: Log in to your Stripe account and create a new secret keySign in Stripe → Go to Developers → API keys page → Create a new secret key → Copy it
✅ Please make sure you are using "Live mode" – not "Test mode" – when creating or viewing your Stripe API keys. Payments won’t work in test mode.
Step 3: Copy "Secret key" and add it to NanoshopGo back to Nanoshop app → Rewrite "Secret key" → Save → Enable "Pay with Stripe"
⚠️ Important Notes:
✅ If the Stripe "Status" appears as "Unavailable" in Nanoshop, please check the error message shown and follow the instructions to reconfigure it in your Stripe dashboard.
✅ If you’re using a new Stripe account, make sure you’ve completed and submitted all your company and bank details for account activationUpdated on: 07/10/2025
