When should you add Live products?
You should add Live products before starting your Facebook Live.
This ensures that when viewers comment during your live, Nanoshop can automatically recognize the product code (campaign reference) and instantly create an order.
🛍️ What are Live products?
Live products are the items you choose to sell during your livestream.
They can be added to your Nanoshop campaign, and customers can place orders by commenting with the product’s campaign reference during your live.
💡 The campaign reference should be simple and easy to remember (for example: “Lux”, or “101”).


⭐ Reference for campaign:
This is the product name or code that customers must type exactly as shown in their comments.
Nanoshop will automatically recognize the product when the reference matches.
If the customer also includes the color and size, their comment will be automatically converted into an order.

- It is therefore essential to communicate the product references accurately when presenting your products during the live.
- You can also use numbers as product referenced if you prefer.
⭐ Live exclusive price:
In this section, you can set a special price for your product to encourage customers to place orders directly during your Facebook Live.
This exclusive price applies only during the live stream, making it easier to boost sales and engagement.
⭐ Auto-generate campaign references:
In this section, you can enable the system to automatically assign numbers to products without a reference, starting from 101 by default.
You can also set a custom starting number if you prefer.
