How to create a coupon code (promotional code)?

Want to offer a launch discount, a holiday promotion, or reward returning customers? Creating a coupon code is a great way to attract more orders!

Step 1: Create a new coupon
Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Coupon → Tap the "+" button to add a new coupon → Select "by rate" or by "by amount" → Fill in the coupon details → Tap "Save"



Step 2: Test Your Coupon
Go to your website and place a test order using the coupon code to make sure it works correctly





Step 3: Share Your Coupon Code
Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Coupon → Select a coupon → Tap the "share icon" on the coupon you want to share → Choose how to share the coupon

Ways to promote your coupon:

📲 Post about it on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok with a special offer to grab attention.
💬 Send a message to your WhatsApp group or contact list to reach loyal customers directly.
🌐 Highlight it on your website homepage to attract buyers while they shop.
📢 Share it on Facebook using the copied link to reach your followers easily.

Example post:
🎉 Special offer for new customers: Use code WELCOME10 to get 10% off your first order! Valid this week only 👉 [your coupon link]

✨ When your customers click on the link you share, they’ll be taken directly to your store where the coupon code can be applied at checkout.
