How to Process a New Order?

Many beginner merchants still prefer using WhatsApp to take orders because it is simple and familiar. However, using your Nanoshop online store makes your work more professional, faster, and more organized.

Note: Every order placed on your website will be recorded in the "Customer" section. An order cannot be placed on your store without the customer entering the required information (this information will automatically be saved in the "Customer" section).

This database will be useful not only for tracking your orders, but also for reusing your customers' phone numbers for your WhatsApp campaigns.

Make sure your customer has entered clear and accurate information so that you can begin processing the order. A missing first or last name, an incorrect address, or an invalid phone number can slow down or even prevent successful delivery.

The following information must always be provided by the customer:

  • First name / Last name
  • Phone number
  • Customer address is required when the customer chooses delivery.

For this order, we can see that the information is clear.

For this order, we can see that the first/last name and phone number need to be completed correctly.

To correct this, click the "Edit" button and enter the missing or incorrect information. Once this modification has been made, future orders from this customer will automatically be saved with the updated information.

Process Your New Order

Go to the Nanoshop app → Go to Order → Select To Confirm → Tap the order → Mark as Delivered → Mark as Paid

  1. Open the Nanoshop app and go to Order.
  2. Go to To Confirm and click on the new order.
  3. Mark it as Paid, then Delivered or Picked Up.

Note: Here are some details about the "Paid" and "Delivered / Picked Up" buttons, depending on the delivery and payment methods.

  • Payment by PayPal, Stripe, and other online payment methods: Once the payment has been completed, you do not need to mark the order as paid.
  • Payment by bank transfer: Once the payment has been completed, the "Paid" status is already activated.
  • Cash on delivery: Once the delivery driver confirms that the payment has been received, you must mark the order as paid.
  • Payment at the store: Once the cashier confirms that the payment has been received, you must mark the order as paid.
  • Home delivery: Once the delivery driver confirms that the customer has received the order, you must mark it as delivered.
  • Store pickup: Once the cashier confirms that the customer has collected the order, you must mark it as picked up.
  • Pickup point delivery: Recharge your credit balance to delegate the delivery to the delivery providers.

By tapping the printer icon, you can view the invoice containing the store and customer details, which you can then share with the delivery driver and the customer.
