It lets customers order directly from your Facebook Lives or posts by commenting with product keywords or codes. All orders go straight into your Nanoshop for easy management.

How to activate the Facebook Live/Post Orders feature?

To start using this feature, please contact our customer support team. We’ll guide you through the steps below:

Step 1: Provide us with your Facebook profile URL (the full link)❗This must be the account that holds full administrator permissions for your Facebook Page.

Step 2: Sign up as a Facebook Developer

Go to https://developers.facebook.com/ and create your developer account.

Once you complete the application, this page will appear.

Once it’s done, please contact customer support and wait for our team to send you an invitation.

Step 3: Accept the invitation on “Facebook Developers”Once our technicians have added your account, you will receive a notification in the top right corner (🔔 bell icon). Please click the notification and accept the invitation.

If you run into connection issues and can’t use the Live feature on Nanoshop app, please log in to your Facebook Developer account and accept the invitation again.

Step 4: Secure the connection

After verifying on your Nanoshop that the connection has been successfully established, return to this site:**https://developers.facebook.com/ and **click "Continue".

Step 5： Download the Nanoshop app and apply for an account

Click the link to download the Nanoshop app and create your account

Copy the link of your Nanoshop website and send to customer support
