How to create a live campaign on Nanoshop?

No more hours of hard work processing orders received on your live stream. Creating a live campaign on Nanoshop means adding the products you want to sell live, so that Nanoshop automatically converts comments into orders.

Step 1 : Create a campaign Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Live Orders → Tap "+" → Select "Live start time" → Write " Campaign title (Optional) → Select " Live platforms" → Save → Select your campaign → Tap "Add" → Select your products → Next → Add your products → Enter your products information → Save

Q: Why leave the box empty ?A: It’s best to create your campaign first and start your Facebook Live before linking the campaign to your Facebook live video.This helps avoid accidentally linking the wrong live room — as shown in the second-to-last image of the article.The green “Live now” label means your live stream is active, while the brown “No campaign linked yet” message indicates the live room that still needs to be connected to your Nanoshop campaign.👉 This will be your final step.

Select your campaign → Tap "Add" → Select your products → Next → Add your products → Enter your products information → Save

Note: Only selected products will automatically turn comments into orders.

⭐ Reference for campaign:

This is the name of your product that customers need to type exactly, letter by letter, in their comments. Nanoshop will then automatically recognize the product.

If the customer also includes the color and size, their comment will be automatically converted into an order.

It is therefore essential to communicate the product references accurately when presenting your products.
You can also use numbers to reference your products if you prefer.

⭐ Live exclusive price:

In this section, you can set a special price for your product to encourage customers to place orders directly during your Facebook Live.

This exclusive price applies only during the live stream, making it easier to boost sales and engagement.

Step 2 : Launch your Facebook Live and link it to your campaign(1.) Launch your live on Facebook (2.) Go to Nanoshop → Tap " Live Orders" → Select your campaign → Tap "Link a Live Video" → Select the live video that mentionne in green "Live now" → Save

👉 If "Taking orders" icon appears, it means your Facebook Live and Nanoshop campaign successfully. All the comments during your Facebook live will be captured automatically into Nanoshop.
