How to stop receiving Facebook comments and taking orders?

When should you stop receiving Facebook orders?


There are two common situations where you may want to stop taking orders from Facebook comments:


Case 1: You’ve just finished your livestream and don’t want to receive any more orders.

Case 2: Your livestream replay is still online, and customers are still leaving comments to place orders — but you want to stop this.


When you decide to stop taking orders from Facebook comments, you can choose between two methods depending on your goal.


Method 1: Stop taking orders(Use this when you want to stop receiving new Facebook comment orders but keep your campaign active for record.)Nanoshop will stop converting comments into new orders, and you can still process all existing orders.Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Live Orders → Select your campaign → Tap "..." → Stop taking orders → Confirm




Method 2: Archive your campaign(Use this when all orders are already processed and you want to organize your Live Orders list.)The campaign will be moved to the "Archived section" and removed from your main list, but you can still access it later.Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Live Orders → Select your campaign → Tap "..." → Archive → Confirm



Where to find your archived campaigns?(1.) Go to Nanoshop app → Shop → Live Orders → In the Live Orders page, scroll the list section to the left and tap “Archived”. (2.) Scroll the list section to the left → tap “Archived”You’ll see all campaigns that have been archived. You can open them anytime to view past orders or campaign details.





Tips:Use "Stop taking orders" first when you just want to close new orders.Use "Archive" later to tidy up your campaign list once everything is completed.Archiving won’t delete your campaign or order history — it only hides it from your main Live Orders view.
